Concept description: Textile-Blocker® Lift is a technical textile lifting sling designed for handling loads requiring precise length adjustment. Its Technora® mixed hollow braid structure gives it exceptional thermal resistance and mechanical stability, ideal for demanding industrial environments.

Function & Precision: Thanks to its adjustable loop and self-locking system under tension, it can perfectly balance asymmetrical loads or instantly adapt to variable lifting points.

  • Fine-tuning: Optimizes center of gravity for complex lifts

  • Load protection: Flexible fabric prevents marking of machined or fragile parts

Specifications & capacities: Resistance calibration is fully adjustable to your operational needs:

  • Lift range: Available in Lift 2, Lift 3, and higher custom versions

  • Customized capacity: The Maximum Working Load (MWL) is defined according to your specific specifications and the safety coefficients applied

Materials:Dyneema® or Technora® fiber (high resistance to Technora heat and abrasion) with spliced and sewn finishes under protective sheathing

  • Machine Directive 2006/42/EC: This product complies with the Machine Directive as an accessory for lifting and anchoring loads

  • Coefficient of Safety: Calculated according to industry standards (generally 7:1 for textile lifting)

  • Use: Exclusively for lifting and anchoring materials. Under no circumstances should this product be used for the suspension or safety of persons (PPE)

This product is an adaptable, adjustable lifting component. Together, we define the total length, the adjustment stroke and the target WLL according to your handling, equipment rescue or skidding applications.

Note: Certification to specific standards (e.g. EN 1492-4) can be provided at the industrial customer's request.
