Airborne Lifting Solutions | Helicopter Lifting Nets
High Resistance Textile Engineering | French & European Manufacturing
Helicopter lifting excellence
Our loading nets are designed to meet the most extreme challenges of civil engineering, acrobatic work and high-mountain operations. Wherever land access stops, our solutions take over to ensure smooth, fast and safe material transport.
Load-bearing capacity: operational strength up to 1.4 tonnes/m².
Adaptability: Customized design to suit the volume and weight of your goods.
Safety in hazardous environments: Total protection of loads and ground crews during refueling or transport of critical equipment.
Maritime safety: Heli-Deck & Anti-slip nets
For your offshore and maritime expeditions, we also supply custom-made Heli-Deck nets. Essential for the safety of landing decks, they ensure :
Maximumanti-skidding for the helicopter on contact.
Safe transshipment in heavy seas.
Increased durability against salt corrosion and UV rays.
Applied standards and directives (Europe)
The use of lifting and helicopter-carrying nets in Europe is strictly regulated. Our products are developed in accordance with the following standards:
1. Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE
This is the framework directive. Our nets are considered as lifting accessories. They are delivered with a CE declaration of conformity, specific marking and instructions.
2. Standard EN 1263-1 & 1263-2 (Safety nets)
Although specific to fall protection, this standard defines test methods and safety requirements for netting, which influence the design of our transport nets.
3. Standard EN 1492-4 (Textile slings - Lifting nets)
This standard specifies the safety requirements for lifting nets made from synthetic fibers, guaranteeing the safety coefficient (generally 7:1 for fibers).
4. Aviation regulations (EASA / JAR)
For Sling Load Operations, our devices facilitate compliance with EASA operational requirements for securing and transporting external loads.
5. CAP 437 (Heli-Deck) standards
Our Heli-Deck nets are designed to meet the recommendations of CAP 437, the internationally recognized standard for the safety of helicopter landing zones at sea.
A complete industrial range
Beyond the air, we secure your entire logistics chain:
Transport: tipper truck nets and transshipment nets.
Warehousing: Racking safety nets (parcel fall protection) and storage nets.
Environment: Protective nets for retention basins (industrial and agricultural).
Nodus Factory Expert Advice
Traceability and VGP: All helicopter-carrying nets are subject to a General Periodic Verification (VGP) every 12 months. We support you in tracking your equipment with durable markings and individual technical follow-up sheets.
