Range : Lab Innovation | Forestry, Agriculture, Quarry & Off-road
Concept description: The BG-Nub® 60A is a heavy-duty opening return pulley system. It combines the power of the Freenub® 60A low-friction pulley (hard-anodized 7075 aluminum) with the flexibility of a BG-HL Dyneema® textile shackle. This combination makes it possible to hook a flying rope or wire rope anywhere along its length to create an angle or emergency reel.
Aggressive environments" specificity: unlike carbon versions designed for clean lifting at height, the 60A Aluminum version is a real "workhorse" for tough conditions:
Forestry & Agriculture: Ideal for skidding, log hauling and mounting restraint systems in damp, dirty conditions.
Gravel & Quarry: Designed to withstand the abrasion of mineral dust and sediment.
Off-road & Recovery: The ultimate tool for vehicle unlocking. It doubles the pulling force of your winch (reeving) in complete safety.
60A highlights:
Mixed compatibility: It's the only model in the range designed to accept contact with both steel wire rope and high-tenacity textile rope.
Surface treatment: Hard anodizing protects against oxidation and mechanical wear, guaranteeing maximum longevity even in the event of repeated contact with the ground.
Weight / Strength: Replaces a steel opening pulley 10 times heavier, eliminating the risk of "metal projectiles" should the traction chain break.
Applications :
Winch reeving: To halve the effort and preserve the mechanics of the vehicle or winch.
Corner deflection: To bypass an obstacle or deflect a load under tension.
Emergency pulley: Installs instantly without dismantling the pull line.
Applications :
Compliance & Regulatory Framework
Machine Directive 2006/42/EC: Compliant for lifting, hoisting and pulling operations.
Textile shackle: Manufactured in Dyneema® SK78 with cut-protection sheath.
Load indication: CMU (Maximum Working Load) defined according to your use (Lifting vs. Off-road Traction).
